Terms and Conditions – Jeevan Sanskar Co-operative Society
- Acceptance of Terms: By using the services of Jeevan Sanskar Co-operative (U) Thrift and Credit Society Ltd., you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions outlined by the society.
- Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the society, including age, residency, and other requirements as defined in the society’s bylaws.
- Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, PINs, passwords, and all activities under their membership account.
- Usage of Services: All society services, including deposits, loans, and online account access, must be used responsibly and in accordance with laws, cooperative guidelines, and society policies. Misuse may lead to suspension or termination of services.
- Deposits and Loans: Terms related to deposits, recurring deposits, fixed deposits, loans, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other financial services are governed as per society policies and regulations.
- Privacy and Security: All personal and financial information of members is protected under the Jeevan Sanskar Co-operative Society Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of data.
- Amendments: The society reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the society’s official website or notification to members.
- Limitation of Liability: The society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services. Members use the society’s services at their own discretion and risk.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the society’s services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
